I have been a restaurant manager, a medical Airman, a retail manager, a call center rep, and a car sales consultant.The one thing that they all have in common is customer service. I have learned that customer service in any capacity is my calling . As a Mass Media major I have learned how to further my knowledge and skill to help the many and not the few.
